National Campaign to Protect People in Pain
It is time to remove political interference from evidence-based medicine.
We are a coalition of physicians, patients, caregivers, and advocates fighting to restore safe, effective, and compassionate pain care across America.
How Can We Help You?
Whether you're a patient in pain, a clinician facing regulatory pressure, or an attorney defending a doctor, NCP3 has resources built for you.
Our Mission
Confronting the Greatest Healthcare Fraud in US History
We are entirely in agreement with six nationally prominent medical professional groups representing over 560,000 clinicians and medical students: it is time to remove political interference from the delivery of evidence-based medicine.
Our published research demonstrates that the so-called “opioid epidemic” was not caused by doctors prescribing to their patients. Accidental overdose deaths are overwhelmingly driven by illicit street drugs — not legal prescriptions. The CDC and VA guidelines that restrict pain care are grounded in fraudulent data and flawed science.
